  • Visa: the appointment is at the Polish embassy that covers your country. For Rwanda and Burundi that is Dar es Salaam.

Can I apply without IELTS?

For Poland you need an English B2 certificate. If you don't have one yet, we help you plan the test.

Do you guarantee admission or a visa?

No. Universities and embassies decide. We help you send a complete, honest application.

How much does it cost?

Tuition is usually about €2,000 to €6,000 a year and is paid to the university. Our fees are explained in writing before you pay.

When can I start?

Mostly October, some universities in February or March.

Are there scholarships?

Poland has few, mostly for Master's. We tell you honestly what is available.

Do I have to pay for a consultation?

No. The requirements check is free. The €90 consultation is optional.

What if I'm not admitted?

Your written agreement explains this before you pay, including refunds if you stop early.

Can you help if I'm not in Rwanda or Burundi?

Yes. We work online and confirm your embassy and document rules first.

Which documents do I need?

Usually your certificates, transcripts, passport and English test. We confirm the exact list for your programme.

Where is the Polish visa appointment?

At the Polish embassy that covers your country. For Rwanda and Burundi, it's Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

Why does China cost differently?

Our China partner agency charges its own fee. We show it as a separate line.
